A pangram is a term that incorporates each of the seven letters from the hive at least once.
Currently, Pangram Solver supports English word puzzles. We may add support for other languages in the future, depending on user demand and feedback. Stay tuned for updates!
Our Pangram Solver is highly accurate and uses a comprehensive word list to ensure valid results. However, as with any tool, there may occasionally be obscure or niche words included, or certain rare words might be excluded. If you encounter any issues with the results, feel free to reach out to us.
Yes! While our primary focus is solving pangrams, you can also use the tool to find words for other word games like Scrabble, Boggle, or Words with Friends. Just enter the letters you have, and it will generate all possible words that can be formed with them.

The longest word formed from seven unique letters is coccidioidomycosis, an 18-letter term for a type of fungal infection.
Our favorite long pangram is likely hobbledehoyhood, a Scots term for a clumsy phase of adolescence. At 15 letters, it’s still a joy to pronounce.
If you enter more than seven letters, our pangram solver can still find words and pangrams. The length of the input is not an issue for our solver.
Our Solver scans a collection of nearly 200,000 qualifying words gathered from various online sources. Not every entry in our list is a recognized dictionary word, which means you might encounter some unusual or obscure terms in the solution set. This approach allows us to offer the broadest range of possible solutions for any combination of seven letters.
While we strive to keep our results limited to valid English words, it’s impossible to verify every entry in such a large list. After all, life is too short!
Each four-letter word earns one point, while longer words are scored according to their length, with five-letter words receiving five points, six-letter words scoring six points, and so forth.
A pangram earns a score equal to its length plus an additional seven-point bonus. For example, the pangram whippoorwill, which is twelve letters long, has a total score of 19 points (12 + 7).
The Solver doesn’t consider the total length of the word; instead, it focuses on the number of distinct letters used to spell it. For example, the word angular has seven letters, but it comprises only six unique letters because the letter “a” is repeated.
There is no limit! You can use Pangram Solver as many times as you like to find words and improve your word game skills. It’s completely free to use.
